Privacy policy
The English version is binding.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, organisation, billing country), the files you upload or generate, operation metadata (coordinates, time windows, processing settings), support requests and service usage events. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Why we process it
To run the service and its processing chains, bill your usage, answer support requests and send the notifications you have enabled. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your files for anything but your own processing.
Processors
Stripe (payments, invoices and tax calculation), HubSpot (CRM and support tickets), Vercel (web hosting), Supabase (database and authentication, EU region), Google Cloud Storage (file storage, Netherlands region) and our own compute infrastructure in the EU.
Retention
Files follow the one-year retention of the service. Account data is kept while the account exists and removed within 30 days of deletion, except what invoicing law requires us to keep.
Cookies and local storage
The application sets only cookies that are necessary to operate it: the Supabase session cookies that keep you signed in, and two preference cookies for the interface language and the light or dark theme, set when you change them. A few interface preferences (list or map view, collapsed sections, the coverage overlay) are kept in your browser's local storage and never leave it. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts that would set them, so no cookie consent banner is shown. Map tiles are requested from Mapbox with your IP address, as any web request; payments happen on Stripe's own pages under Stripe's privacy terms. The video tutorials of the Support page use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com): nothing is requested from YouTube until you click play; once a video plays, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may store data in your browser under Google's privacy terms. Should analytics ever be added, they will be cookieless or subject to prior consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable laws you can access, rectify, export and erase your data. Use the offboarding tools in Settings or write to privacy@premium-positioning.com.
