Storage

Files are stored encrypted at rest in an EU data centre (Google Cloud Storage, Netherlands region) and transferred over TLS only. Storage quota depends on your plan (1 to 25 GB); retention is one year per file, after which files are deleted automatically.

Processing

Uploaded files are pre-processed on our compute servers (format validation, quality analysis, metadata extraction). Processing jobs run in isolated workspaces that are cleared after completion.

Reference data

Virtual RINEX and differential processing use reference station networks under agreements with their operators. Reference data is used solely to serve your request and is not redistributed as such.

Backups and incidents

Databases are backed up daily. Security incidents affecting your data are notified within 72 hours.

Export and deletion

Offboarding in Settings prepares a complete archive of your files and history within 24 hours. Deletion requests remove all files and personal data after the 14-day grace period, backups included on their rotation.
